Paul Cook: ''To leave Chesterfield was a massive, massive wrench for me''

During the celebrations of Portsmouth's return to League One as Champions, Paul Cook took the time to look back at his time with the Spireites and declare how it was a massive wrench for him to leave the club behind.

''To leave Chesterfield was a massive, massive wrench for me. It really was. When you manage clubs you have a desire to well for the supporters and the people and at Chesterfield it'd just gone far enough. There were things about to happen at the club that you knew and you can't carry on.''
