Carey: "It's a cup competition, we're in it and we want to win it.''
''We want to win it, the club has done very well in it in the last few seasons, and we want to continue that if we can''

The quartet plucked from non league football will be eager to impress. With the addition of this years reserve team it gives the opportunity for hungry squad players to progress through the ranks and compete with the more high profile names in the first team.
The Chesterfield management team will be hoping to get the right balance as they look to progress in the competition.
