Bristol Preview

Paul Cook is still here and looking forward to reaching the play offs!

When asked on the approach from Portsmouth Cook replied ''It's football today'' ''It's what happens when your successful''

''Tomorrow is a great day for us as a club, not just for myself, the players, but the supporters who travel the county all year and nothing should deter the fact that tomorrow is all about us getting in the play-offs''

''I've always been happy being Chesterfield's manager''

''If we get a positive result tomorrow the likelihood is we're in the play-offs and the only headlines there should be is about that''

Chesterfield are without Drew Talbot and a Bristol City has failed to train all week but is yet unnamed by City.

With just 145 Chesterfield tickets remaining at the time of publishing and 1,676 tickets sold by Bristol City the Proact Stadium will be rocking for the visit of the League One Champions for Chesterfield FC's ''Make It Blue'' day.

Chesterfield are set to give Bristol a guard of honour before the start of tomorrow's game. As well as this the Lifehouse Church, Chesterfield, are giving the Kop blue and white cards with the aim that they are held up as the players are walking through the tunnel before the game to create a memorable atmosphere for the last home game of this fantastic season.

It looks to be a hard game for the Spireites with Steve Cotterill expressing his desire to win the last two games

Steve Cotterill: "I won’t be experimenting in the last two games," he told Bristol City Player. "For the remainder of the season we’ll look to finish it off how we started."

It’ll be a good occasion,” added Cotterill. “I know they’ve almost sold out and we’re likely to fill the away end as well."

Spireites thoughts will also be in Rochdale as they take on third place MK Dons. If Rochdale fail to win their game then Chesterfield will cermet their play off spot.

Rochdale manager Keith Hill: "At this moment in time we’re the only team outside of the play-offs who can actually make an impact and we've got to take care of business."

"There won't be a sterner test for us and there hasn't been all season.''

MK Dons manager Karl Robinson "It’s always a tough place to go and play and Rochdale are a really good side - it’s going to be a difficult challenge but we’re looking forward to it"

MK Dons are just a point behind Preston in the battle for the last remaining automatic promotion spot. With Preston hosting forth place Swindon the Dons will be hoping to capitalise with a win against Chesterfield's play off rivals Rochdale.

So let's make sure the first Paul Cook's barmy army chant is the loudest he's ever heard and prove that Chesterfield is the best destination for Cookie and send this amazing season off in style!

COME ON YOU BLUES!
