Influential captain Loft to miss clash with the Spireites

Doug Loft who plays in central midfield who can play with either foot limped off at the weekend after a crunching tackle left him needing Crutches.

Edinburgh said: "He (Loft) had a scan Monday and there is no break - we were slightly concerned. It is well swollen and we think it will be 10 days to two weeks before he is back in the fray".

They also have vice-captain John Egan sidelined for 6 to 8 weeks. Cody McDonald remains a long term absentee.

Experienced Defender El-Abd 31, has joined them on-loan from Bristol City until the end of the season.

The Spireites will be hoping to name an unchanged team that won against Crewe on Saturday and are waiting on the fitness of Chris Herd who has an hip injury.
