Spireites loanee Drew Talbot continues to get rave reviews in centre midfield for Plymouth Argyle. Former Chesterfield boss John Sheridan currently uses a 3-5-2 system which uses Talbot as one of the centre midfielders. This system has seen them remain in the play-off places despite a 0-0 draw with 17th place Oxford United.

Dan Gardner had a good game for Tranmere Rovers despite them losing 0-1 to Northampton Town. This result saw them remain in the league two relegation spots.
Gardner commented: "There's a lot of pressure and I've not been in a situation like this before but I'm looking forward to help them get back up the league.''
"The lads have been fine but they just look a bit low on confidence. It seems like a good place to be, we're in a fight to stay in the league but hopefully we can push on and stay up."
