Hull City To Visit Proact

Steve Bruce will be bringing his Tigers to The Proact Stadium for a pre-season friendly to be played on July 21st.

After a final day heart break which saw Hull City relegated from the premiership on the final day of the season, they now prepare for a season in the Championship, hoping to challenge for promotion.

They have a wealth of talent with many internationals in their squad including: Goalkeeper, Allan McGregor 33 caps for Scotland, James Chester Wales 5 caps, Robert Snodgrass 15 caps and 3 goals for Scotland, Mohammed Diame Senegal 22 caps, Tom Huddlestone 4 England caps, Alex Bruce 2 caps Republic of Ireland and 2 caps for Northern Ireland, Robbie Brady, Republic of Ireland 12 caps 3 goals, Dame N’Doye Senegal 26 caps 6 goals, Nikica Jelavic Croatia 36 caps 6 goals.

It promises to be an exciting pre-season friendly, hopefully there will a good turn out, hopefully the Tigers will bring a few fans.

The last time Hull City visited Chesterfield during a league fixture was 1st Feb 2005 league One at Saltergate which ended 1-1. The previous visit an old Div3 fixture in Nov 2000, saw the Spireites win 1-0.
