Spireites remain in cup!

We are hearing that Chesterfield will remain in the FA CUP!

In an unusual twist Chesterfield will be back to stadium MK to replay against the MK Dons.

There is no any concrete details on how the match will be played, with it already an expensive time for fans  it is being suggested that it could be a behind closed doors game.

With games on the 20th, 26th, 28th and the next round tie should be taking place on the 3rd of January it is unsure when the game will be played.

Chesterfield FC had been charged by the FA for fielding an ineligible player, Margreitter v MK Dons.

It's believed Chesterfield and Wolves had agreed for Margreitter to play but relevant documentations was not passed onto the FA.

The hearing was today, starting at 11:30
