The Spireites are down to 5 substitutes for the game against Gillingham tomorrow. Geor Margreittier has left the club. Dan Jones and Sam Morsy are also missing out suspended.

Eoin Doyle is a major doubt with hamstring problems and Dan Gardner is out for a few weeks. With Jack Broadhead, Charlie Dawes and Michael Onovwigun all still out on loan and Ollie Banks looking set to return after tomorrow's games are played, this leaves the Spireites down to the bare bones.

However Billy Beresford will come in. 

On why no youth team players are set to feature Paul Cook commented,

''The youth team have had a massive win in the FA Youth Cup, I wanna keep that group together'' ''I don't want to split them up, I would always take young lads for experience'' 

The Spireites will be down just 16 players with Humphreys, Boco and Hird all set to feature we are also likely to see Bolly Ariyibi. Armand is set to lead the line with a rare start upfront on his own.

Paul Cook asked on trialist Gary Martin

'' (He's) Done well, very bright Gary, he's done really well, we haven't been able to see him in a game, we had a match against Leeds cancelled'' 

''We're going to invite Gary back after January, we'll have a look at him again, as we're all aware that extra striker, more goals up that end it's what we're screaming for''

Eric Nixon won't be travelling to the Gillingham game following the passing of his Mother. Our thoughts are with Eric at this hard time.
