Three more join the chase for Doyle
Promotion chasing Derby County, SPL Champs Celtic and former Premier League side Cardiff City have all joined the hunt for Irish striker Eoin Doyle reports the Irish Independent.
Chesterfield CEO Chris Turner says "tentative enquiries" about Eoin Doyle have been received, but no concrete offers have been made. He added that when you have the countries leading goal scores you will always attract interest.

Doyle who would be well suited to Derby's style of play being a striker who likes to find himself in and around the box and would thrive in a system where chances are being created for him. Derby would be an ideal fit for Doyle as he has recently settled in Derbyshire with his new family.
Celtic are fully aware of Doyle having seen him play during his time at Hibs, Eoin's last game in Scotland was the cup final for Hibs.
Cardiff boss Russell Slade is also fully aware of Doyle's potential having watched him score against his then team Leyton Orient on the first game of this season.
These three names join Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday, Millwall, Reading, Bristol City and Sheffield United who have all shown an interest in the 20 goal striker. They striker is being valued at anywhere between 1 and 2 million pounds.
Owls boss Stuart Grey told the press on Monday that Doyle was on his radar, while Blades boss Nigel Clough was more dismissive of the link with Doyle and a potential swap deal with Sheffield United player Higdon.
Yesterday Bristol City boss Steve Cotterill ruled himself out of the race for Doyle leaving the three clubs that were first linked the 26 year old, Millwall, Reading and Burnley. Burnley have been strongly rumoured to be tabling a 1.2 million bid, while Millwall and Reading have kept their interest a little less public.
